I have been part of the Totally Living Care team since 2016. In 2018, I was promoted to Senior Carer, a role that involved supporting our dedicated care staff while continuing to work in the community, including providing support outside of office hours and at weekends.
In 2023, I progressed to the position of Care Administrator, working within the office team for part of the week while still carrying out care visits. This role enabled me to further develop my understanding of both the operational and frontline aspects of our service.
In January 2025, I was promoted to Care Lead, working closely with Jake, our Registered Manager, and continuing to support our Home Care Workers within the community. Most recently, I have been promoted to Care Coordinator, further strengthening the support I provide to both our team and our clients, while continuing my commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
I am currently completing my Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care to further develop my knowledge and leadership skills within the sector. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my two dogs and two cats.
