My name is Karen.
I have been with TLC since 2015 and have had a long career working in a variety of care settings, I became a registered manager of a residential home, having worked my way up through the ranks, before moving into domiciliary care.
I currently plan, organise and deliver the training for TLC, carers and other care providers as required.
I’m currently enjoying the role as Training and recruitment Manager. I like spontaneously taking each day as it comes, I enjoy being out and about visiting new places and off course the large family I am part of.
