Hey, my name is Jake and I am the Registered Manager of Totally Living Care.
My journey with Totally Living Care began in 2017 when I joined the company for work experience while studying for my Level 3 in Health and Social Care at my local college. After finishing college, I became one of Totally Living Care’s full-time Administrators, while also working in the community providing care during evenings and weekends.
In 2018, I progressed into the role of Care Co-Ordinator, and in 2024 I was proud to become Totally Living Care’s Registered Manager. I have loved every minute of working here and feel incredibly fortunate to be part of such an amazing and dedicated team.
My role has many aspects, and I really enjoy being hands-on and working out in the community to ensure our clients receive a brilliant service. Seeing their smiling faces makes even the 6am starts worthwhile. I am passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting both our clients and our team.
In my spare time, when I’m not working with our fantastic team in the community or the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also love a cosy evening on the sofa, cuddling up with my dog and cat while watching a good film.
